The Features:
You guys, I just recently found Brittany from White Dog Vintage (Instagram: bbkingery) via the One Room Challenge linking party (I LOVE her kitchen makeover) and you need to follow her too! Her style is so fun and colorful. She shared this vintage basset hound painting she found at the flea market and it’s too cute for words!
Erica from Vintage Design Me (Instagram: vintagedesignme) is quickly becoming one of my favorite people. I look forward to her vintage finds and sense of humor in each Instagram post! These brass sconces she found for $20 each at the Rose Bowl flea market are killer, aren’t they?
Swoon. I just adore this embroidered Otomi handbag Kayla (Instagram: thegildedbear) found! It’s pretty enough to just display as artwork!
I’m so drawn to this tiger bowl/vase (?) that louloumint9260 shared. The colors are fantastic!
My Find:
Hi, I’m Brynne and I have absolutely no self-control when it comes to colorful vintage needlepoint pillows.
I was a little surprised though, to find myself enjoying the purple in the floral design, since that’s a color I usually avoid. But this pillow + the yellow velvet chair are obviously soul mates, aren’t they? The cognac-colored velvet backing is pretty delightful, as well!
So now it’s your turn! We’re dying to see your fabulous finds, so hurry and share them with us!

We’re welcoming Shavonda from SG Style back as our guest host this week!
I can’t let this opportunity pass to shout her incredibly fabulous recent thrift scores – a freaking Milo Baughman burl coffee table and a gorgeous pair of mustard midcentury chairs!
Be sure to check out the finds and features from Cassie, Corinna & Trisha!
P.S. Are you a blogger who also love thrifty finds? We’d love to have you join us for a week of Thrift Score Thursday! If you’re interested, send me a message!
Yup they are soul mates. Love the brass sconces and the bag so much too.
Me too! Just seriously envious over here of everyone’s fabulous finds!
Your pillow is darling!
I love that tiger vase! So kitchy and fantastic!
Thanks Kristen! I know! I need that tiger vase IN MY LIFE!
totally missed the light and the basset and i LOVE LOVE LOVE them both! and that pillow is amazing!
Thanks Cassie! There are just so many awesome finds linked up each week now – makes so very happy! – there’s always some you guys catch that I missed too!
Let’s just start with: **INSERT DANCING EMOJIS.** I think buying that dog was one of the best decisions I’ve made recently. It just makes me happy! Those sconces are CUCKOO, and I would buy your pillow every day of the week. Awesome! I’m so glad we found each other here in this big ole interwebs!
Brittany, I am in love with your style and so glad I found you too!!!
oh, I love all these features! I saw the dog and fell in love with him. and those sconces! and that tiger is utterly charming!
I want to plan an elaborate heist for all the features this week and then use them in the same room together – incidentally, they would all work perfectly in my house! 🙂
I’m a sucker for needlepoint pillows, too. Love the one that you found.
Thanks Paula! I think I’ll have at least one in every room of the house eventually!
Soul mates indeed!! Those colors are meant to be together forever!
The best part is, I really wasn’t sure about the colors in the pillow when I found it in the thrift store and where they might work in the house, but I just had to have it anyway!
Thanks to you, I’ve put needlepoint pillows on my wish list. But I never find them. Oh well. Fabulous little pillow, and I love your features!
If I ever find extras (my definition of “extra” might be a little too hoarder-y though) I’ll have to ship the pillow cover off to you! 🙂 Thanks girl!
