Helloooooo Thursday! It’s so nice to see you! Not only are you on the better side of Wednesday and hence closer to the weekend, but you’re also home to #thriftscorethursday – the one-stop hashtag-to-glory I look forward to every week!
What’s #thriftscorethursday, you ask?
Simply snap a picture of any thrifty find or thrifted treasure and use #thriftscorethursday when you share on Twitter or Instagram!
– You can share any thrifty finds with us – whether they hail from a thrift store, Craigslist, estate sale, garage sale, side of the road, or apartment dumpster! The fun, the funny, the awesome, the odd – this hashtag party is open to all!
– Feel free to use #thriftscorethursday any day of the week! We’ll be keeping up with the hashtag all week long to find our favorites for the following Thursday.
– Each week, Trisha from Black and White Obsession, Megan from Rental Revival, and I will pick a favorite thrift score or two to feature! So please note that by linking up with #thriftscorethursday, you are giving us permission to share your finds via social media or on our blogs.
I love these delicate etched champagne coups Bre from Velvet and Burlap (Instagram: velvetandburlap, Twitter: @velvetandburlap) found! I have some myself – they are so pretty when the light passes through them, just like when she snapped this picture!
Sushmitha’s Instagram account (@thesushshindig) is full of her adorable fashion – love her style! I especially love this red and leopard print (oh, you know I love a good leopard print!) thrift score coat:
Hey, speaking of coats/jackets…
My thrift score thursday find was this awesome leather jacket I found at Goodwill for my Buffy costume… I had been looking for one for weeks (that April fools’ prank was a long time in the making!) and was so excited to finally find a real leather jacket that fit for $17!
My inner nerd knows no bounds.
So. Things to keep an eye out for at the thrift store this week: delicate etched champagne coups, adorable leopardy jackets, and props for my next wild blog-takeover… (Um, did I just say that? No comment.)
Well, now I want to hear from you! Did you thrift this week? What did you find?
