Prior to our move, I was on a six-month moratorium on thrift purchases, because I do tend to collect and gather and hoard way too much. :) I'm still working on the discipline to admire treasures without bringing them home all the time, but just the treasure-hunting alone is one of my favorite ways to spend a morning! I'm so glad you're enjoying this series.

Just joined you and am very impressed with your ‘finds’! Unfortunately I am being controlled in my buying and ‘upcycling’ endeavours at the moment as we have too much stuff 🙁 (apparently)
I’ve restorted to going back to my roots and crafting in an effort to keep my hands busy on small items that I hope will appeal to others, but that hasn’t stopped me purchasing fabric from anywhere and everywhere to make into bunting…. so far almost 200 m so it may be time to stop that habit!
I too love those light switch covers, really beautiful. The plates too, I wouldn’t have been able to resist those!
You’ve definately inspired me to get out and keep my eyes open already!

So sorry to hear about the water heater bursting but I’m glad to hear that it worked itself out nicely. Those dishes are so dainty and cute! I cannot believe what a steal Thrifted riches got on that couch!! I’ve been itching to find something affordable and different for my living room, here’s to hoping the thrift gods will be on my side.
