Just really loving your LR–malachite curtains, a chesterfield sofa, leopard carpet and now this nice heavy lamp. So glad the unofficial ban on anything gold or brass has finally been lifted. Everything does not have to be O R B or satin nickel (silver.) Wish I could find something–anything–good on CL. Read it all the time but no luck in my small town.

Aw, that is too sweet! Thank you 🙂 I'm sure you could add a little brass or gold to the mix – I kind of believe it works with everything, but I especially love it with blacks and grays! Try it – you might get hoked too 😉

Seriously though, you open my world every day with your sense of style. I wasn't a brass/gold fan and now I think I'm hooked. Although not so sure how it'd go with our black/white/grey/red theme... thoughts? haha

Great find! I love that shiny brass. Our Craigslist has declined in volume and quality over the last year. (But of course, the pricing continues to increase!)
