I have an artificial green tree, but change the color scheme every couple of years. This year is a peacock theme with gold and silver. My friend did a red flocked tree one year. He put strings of just red lights on the tree and even put a red bulb in the ceiling fixture in the room. It was incredible!

I did get out a big pile of ornaments and set them out under the tree to hopefully inspire myself to hang them up 🙂
