Addendum: This certainly looks like our table. This one is olive wood. They give the leaf width as 19.5", and that is exactly what mine are, and the apron drop as 2.5", as is mine. I am confused though, because other sites describe pieces as Baughman for Widdicomb? Did he design for them, too?????

Brynne, I have been tearing apart my files, trying to find my receipt. I do remember that the wood is pecan. My table has been through 4 moves. About 5,400 miles. Each time we removed the legs. I am happy to say that it is still as sturdy as the day we bought it. - At the same time we purchased a china closet and 3-door buffet by Dillingham. I just recently found out they are by Milo Baughman. We also bought 2 huge club chairs by Thayer Coggin that I recently found out are also by Baughman. Internet sleuthing has really given me some interesting info. My next quest is my early 60's Lane bedroom furniture. Did he design for Mastercraft? I have two brass & glass tables from the early 80's. - I'm definitely going to write up the history of my pieces. - It's a shame there isn't a catalog of all the pieces Baughman designed for the many companies he worked with. - Thanks for your suggestion of Widdicomb. More sleuthing. ;-)

Thank you so much for sharing that information, Jeanne! I just love this table - and isn't it fun to know how well the design has stood the test of time?

I've seen this table attributed to Milo Baughman before, but then I've also seen it listed as "in the style of Milo Baughman". But from what I can tell, he did design pieces for Founders Furniture Company at some point. I believe I've also seen it attributed to Widdicomb. Hopefully one day I'll track it down! :)

That's a beautiful coffee table! I highly recommend Restor-A-Finish for scuffs and marks!

I'm not a professional appraiser by any means, so I'm afraid I can't help with an estimate. Things change so much depending on location as well! Lots of research on eBay, Etsy, Craigslist and other sites will be the most helpful. Best of luck!
- Brynne
