Julia, I totally thought of you! If you hadn't commented on that other post about brass dressers, and I hadn't checked out your blog post for pictures, I wouldn't have thought twice about this trunk from its bitty thumbnail on Craigslist!

Mary, thanks so much for commenting and following! It makes me day!

As for shipping, I've since shipped one thing via UPS, because it was small enough that they could box it. It was still somewhat of a pain, and rather expensive for the buyer, but can be a good option for smaller items as well. Also, UPS will package it for you, so I didn't have to worry about figuring that out!

If you try Greyhound Package Express, I'd love to hear about it! I've considered that in the past, but was intimidated by having to package it myself.
