I am late to the party but YESSSSS to the pink/brass/black/leopard print/burlwood/faux marble combo – just all the yesssses. I'm am so excited by this room – dear god you have some gorgeous pieces to start this space off with. That bed I will never get tired of coveting. And hell yeah I'd paint my walls pink! I love that this combo is similar to my office – it's such a good vibe. (Also my boyfriend HATES the pink walls in my office but he let me have them anyway so I suppose there's that.) 😉 xxx

Aw, thanks Gilly! I can't believe I was on the fence about it when I first spotted the listing! It was also back before I had much experience with Craigslist, so I naively asked the seller to hold it for me for almost a week before I could pick it up, while she was getting inundated with offers and emails on it – thankfully she was kind enough to hang onto it for me!

I should clarify – the nightstands are not actual burl – they are a printed laminate. So they look fantastic in photos and pretty good in person, but they do fall short of the real deal! Does that knock me down from muse status?! You are too sweet!
